ATL Optics — Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. For volume or custom-coded orders, processing time may vary. You will be notified of estimated lead times at the time of quotation.

Shipping Methods

ATL Optics ships via major carriers including FedEx, UPS and USPS. Shipping method and carrier are selected based on order size, destination and urgency. For B2B and project orders, shipping terms are defined in the applicable quotation.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard shipping is available to all 50 US states. Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the quotation for B2B orders.

International Shipping

ATL Optics ships internationally. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges applicable in their country. ATL Optics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@atloptics.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging for carrier claims.
