These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ATL Optics website (www.atloptics.com) and the purchase of products from ATL Optics, a division of AT Logistics Corporation.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is subject to inventory levels and supplier conditions.

For products listed without a visible price, please use the "Request a Quote" form. A member of our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. ATL Optics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. For B2B orders and volume purchases, payment terms are defined in the applicable quotation or purchase order.

Compatibility Disclaimer

ATL Optics products are tested for compatibility with the platforms listed on each product page. However, compatibility may vary depending on switch model, firmware version, port configuration and required coding profile.

All OEM brand names, model numbers and part numbers are used for identification and compatibility reference purposes only. ATL Optics is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Juniper, Arista, Dell, Ubiquiti, NVIDIA, MikroTik, Netgear, TP-Link, Fortinet or any other OEM vendor.

Limitation of Liability

ATL Optics' liability for any claim arising out of the purchase or use of our products is limited to the original purchase price of the product. ATL Optics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
